About Will Evanson

Will is a Project Manager with McLean & Company’s HR Diagnostics team.

Drawing on decades of experience at the intersection of technology, education, and human resources, Will shares targeted best-practice advice to help organizations align diagnostic requirements with their strategic goals.

A steadfast advocate for data-driven insights, Will seeks to empower HR practitioners with results that fuel their employee development and engagement monitoring initiatives, ensuring their organizations are set up for success.

Throughout his career, Will has had the privilege of working for various organizations around the world, including A&L Canada Laboratories, Kyungi University, Prince of Songkla University, the Local Government Officials Development Institute (LOGODI, Korea), Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, General Dynamics Land Systems, and Info-Tech Research Group.

Will holds an Environmental Technology diploma with a specialty in bioremediation, as well as TESOL/TEFL certification. On the side, he enjoys hiking and fly fishing with his sons, working on his sister’s farm, and managing remotely (and sometimes onsite) a rubber tree farm with his wife.
