Tanya Liblik is a multi-discipline executive who brings 25 years of experience to her role of Consulting Director, Human Resources and Organization Transformation with McLean & Company. Her commitment to a human-centric approach to HR strategy, employee engagement, inclusion and belonging, and mental health initiatives has notably improved workplaces by aligning employee voice with strategic business objectives.
With experience grounded in application, data, and process architecture, Tanya’s professional trajectory spans technology development and services leading diverse teams and large-scale projects, to business operations and global project management, to tactical and strategic human resources management roles. These shifts enable her to leverage her expertise for holistic organizational transformation workstreams and strong relationship management.
Tanya's strategic advisory and delivery experience spans organizations from startup to Fortune 100 enterprise, in 14 industries from automotive, insurance, logistics, and manufacturing, to AAA GameDev, FinTech, and EdTech. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph-Humber where she also served as Adjunct Professor of Project Management.
