About Ruffa Delfin

Ruffa Delfin is an Analyst in McLean & Company’s HR Research and Advisory Services. Workplace culture, talent acquisition, and learning and development are among her areas of interest. She is deeply committed to assisting organizations in creating an inclusive work environment that fosters employee growth and development.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Ruffa worked in the healthcare sector where she gained experience in recruitment and training and development. She oversaw team onboarding and training with a focus on culture and collaboration.

Ruffa earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management at York University in Toronto, Ontario.
