About Meeka Lu

Meeka is a Product Manager at McLean & Company, where she manages the product process to ensure the seamless execution of McLean & Company’s HR workshops, training, and coaching engagements from start to finish. She plays a critical role in the marketing, sales, and quality management of McLean & Company’s member engagement products and is always an advocate for ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

In her previous role, Meeka worked closely with clients to organize and launch a variety of training programs, focusing on providing a positive and enriching learning experience.

Prior to her career at McLean & Company, Meeka graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology. She went on to complete a Human Resources Management post-graduate certificate at Sheridan College. She also holds the Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
