Prior to joining McLean & Company, Jodi accumulated over 12 years of experience across diverse industries and countries, showcasing her expertise in training & development, recruitment & onboarding, systems and reporting, HR strategy and operations, employee relations, and performance management.

Jodi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University with a specialization in Human Resources, as well as a Master of Development Practice from the University of Waterloo. Additionally, she possesses a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.
