About Fallan Mitchell
Fallan Mitchell is an Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. She has a passion for science communication and bridging the gap between research and practice. Her areas of interest include leadership, employee wellbeing, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Fallan worked in human resources within the retail industry where she gained experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, and data management.
Fallan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behavior from McMaster University and a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from Toronto Metropolitan University.
