About Emma Schwichtenberg

Emma Schwichtenberg is a Senior Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. She is passionate about creating inclusive workplace cultures through the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies and policies. Her areas of interest include work environment, talent attraction and management, and total rewards.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Emma gained experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in the healthcare sector. She was also involved in a company-wide effort in creating an onboarding system to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.

Emma completed her Bachelor’s degree in History at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON, and earned her Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources degrees from the University of Toronto.
