About Emily Guthro

As a Program Manager with McLean & Company, Emily is focused on creating an engaging learning experience in all of the programs she facilitates. Emily establishes collaborative rapport to drive knowledge transfer and optimize professional outcomes that benefit both the leader and their organization.

Prior to this role, Emily worked in public, private, and not-for-profit sectors around the world, implementing and managing mentoring and leadership programs that used practical tools to support the competence and growth of leaders at every level. She is passionate about developing people and helping organizations to become places where everyone thrives

Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Laurentian University, a post-graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Conestoga College, and a certificate in Adult Education from the University of Toronto.
