Amber has worked in private and public sectors, hospitality, technology, consulting, healthcare, small businesses, and start-ups. She is enthusiastic about helping leaders understand the value of strategic HR partnerships to deliver on people initiatives that drive business results, working with leaders and teams to take business strategy and translate it into a list of what you need to succeed, creating operating frameworks and organizational design for your goals to succeed.
Amber is a Royal Roads University graduate certified in executive leadership, a PROSCI certified change leader, a management coach and ICF candidate with Maslow Center for Excellence, and has a diploma in Financial Management from BCIT.
